The author knows what she is talking about! An absolute must for a cat owner,esp if you're new to having a cat or have one who is challenging. I was not very impressed with this book. I feel like you do not put much efforts and can save lot of money by making your own soap. Since the professor in our class uses this book for all the problem sets, I decided to buy it.
