After reading this book, I was disappointed in the respect that half of the content was a shop tool handbook more so than a boat joinery manual. I would normally knock only one star off for this reason, but because I find so much value in the diet and its miraculous potential for ASD kids, I am further disappointed that the book makes it seem that the only people who pursue this diet are crackpots. Order instead, whole-grain pasta with marinara.2. Furthermore, the 35-day meal plan she provides does not have nearly enough calories for an active person.
